Job Description:
As a Casino Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clientele have an extraordinary experience with CPC. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. VIP Customer Service:
Discovering new players while promoting the benefits of working with CPC.
Building strong relationships and rapport with VIP players to enhance their loyalty.
Providing personalized attention and anticipating their needs to deliver exceptional service.
Assisting clients with booking casino travel.
2. Gaming Assistance:
Guiding guests through various gaming options, rules, and strategies.
3. Problem Resolution:
Addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborating with CPC team to resolve disputes or requests.
4. Event Planning:
Collaborating with our team to plan and execute special events.
Hosting and overseeing events to ensure they run smoothly and meet guests' expectations.
5. Player Development:
Identifying potential high-value players and cultivating their loyalty to CPC.
Developing strategies to increase market revenue and market share.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the casino industry is highly desirable but willing to train the right person.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
